What This Qualification Covers

  • Tyrol's applicant guidance places Langlauflehrer and Langlauflehreranwärter under the same express Loipen und Pisten restriction. The later title does not remove that stated terrain condition.
  • The source does not define an exact learner-level ceiling or a Nordic touring entitlement. Touring and the separate Schiführer, Snowboardführer and mountain-and-ski guide qualifications must not be inferred from this grade.
  • This describes Tyrol's school-staff guidance. Check the issuing province and actual certificate; school operation, other provinces and foreign professional recognition each require their own checks.

Training and Progression

  • Langlauflehrer is a distinct examination in Tyrol's official list, with preparation through the Tiroler Schilehrerverband and assessment before the relevant provincial commission.
  • Diplomlanglauflehrer remains a separate examination. Current entry, training and practical-experience requirements should be obtained from the relevant association; the short government overview does not establish a course duration or automatic progression.
