How do I update my learner account details?

Sign in and open Account in your learner dashboard. These instructions apply to your personal learner account. Provider listings and school settings have their own editors.

1. Use Basic Info to find the available personal fields, such as display name and phone number.
2. Use Skiing Profile to edit your stated preferred activity and experience level.
3. Review the changes and choose Save All Changes.
4. Wait for the saved confirmation before leaving. If a field is invalid, correct the error and save again.

Your ability and activity preferences help describe what you are looking for; they are not a professional qualification or a guarantee that a lesson is suitable.

Photos and email addresses

Profile photos use their own upload and removal controls and save separately.

To change your sign-in email, use the separate Account email address section in Account security and follow the account-email guide. Saving the other profile fields does not change your login email. You must verify the new address and complete the existing account security check yourself.

Guided help

You can ask the FASS assistant to help you find your account details or skiing profile. It can offer to open the page and highlight the relevant section. You review the fields and save changes yourself.
