How do I verify my email or request a new link?

Verify the address used to register, request a fresh link, and get help with missing or expired verification emails.

Quick answer

Open the verification link sent after registration. If it is missing or expired, open /verify-email and request a new link using the address you registered. Wait for any resend countdown shown.

How do I verify my email or request a new link?

After email/password registration, check the inbox and spam folder for the FASS verification email. Open its link and follow the result shown on the website. This verifies the address used to register; changing your sign-in email is a separate process.

Request another verification email

Open Email verification.

  • If you are signed out, find Need a new verification link?, enter the Email address used to register, complete any human verification shown, and select Send a new link.
  • If you are signed in and the account is not verified, select Resend verification email when offered.

Wait for any resend countdown before trying again. Check the address you entered and your inbox and spam folder. The request response does not confirm that an account exists, that it needs verification, or that an email has arrived.

The link is invalid or expired

Return to Email verification and request a fresh link. Open the link from the new email. If the page still fails, note the message shown and contact support without including the link or its token.

If the account is already verified, another verification email may not be sent. Try signing in and follow the website's result. A missing email alone does not establish whether an account exists or has been verified.

After verification

Use the page's Continue to sign in or continuation option. Verification does not grant school ownership, approve qualifications, publish a profile, or accept a school invitation. Follow the separate application or invitation instructions for those tasks.

For an unresolved problem, use Account Support while signed in or the public Contact form while signed out. Explain the step that failed and the error wording. Never send a password, verification link, sign-in code or recovery code in chat or a support request.
