How do I create a free account and sign in?

Go to /register or tap Sign In anywhere on the site. You have three ways to sign up, and you can mix them later — you're not locked into the first one you pick.

Sign-up options

• Email and password — the traditional route. Enter your email, pick a password (a strength indicator tells you when it's strong enough), and you'll get a verification email. Click the link in the email and you're in.
• Google — tap Continue with Google and authenticate with your Google account. Fastest option if you already use Google. Your name and email are pulled across automatically.
• Magic link — enter your email and we'll send you a sign-in link. Click it and you're signed in, no password needed. Useful if you prefer not to remember another password.

You can link or unlink Google and set up a password at any time from your account settings.

What a free account unlocks

• Student dashboard — your personal home for bookings, lesson notes, progress, goals and more
• Favourites — save schools, instructors and resorts to come back to
• Saved searches — re-run AI searches with one tap
• Booking history — every lesson you've ever booked, in one place
• Lesson notes — the notes your instructors wrote about your skiing
• Certificates — digital certificates your schools have issued
• GPS tracking — opt-in tracking for ski sessions

Accounts are free. Students never pay for using Find a Ski School — no subscription, no booking fees.

Already booked without an account?

If you booked a lesson without creating an account and later decide to sign up, use the same email address you used for the booking. Your past bookings and lesson notes link to your new account automatically.

Trouble signing in

• Password reset — tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link.
• Magic link didn't arrive — check your spam folder, or request another one. The link expires after 15 minutes for security.
• Google sign-in error — try signing in with a different method. If the problem persists, contact support.
