How do I create a free account and sign in?

Open Create an account. Choose Find lessons if you are finding lessons for yourself, your children or a group.

1. Enter your Full name, Email address and Password.
2. Complete any human verification shown and choose Create learner account. The account-creation agreement links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Check your inbox and spam folder for the verification email, then open its link. Verification and signing in are separate steps: continue to sign in when prompted.
4. If the email has not arrived or the link has expired, follow the email verification and resend guide. Use the address you registered and wait for any resend countdown. A request response does not prove that an account exists or that an email has arrived.

If Sign up with Google is shown, you can use that option instead of email/password registration. Google availability depends on the platform configuration; follow the Google flow shown. The assistant does not need your password, security codes or verification-link token.

Which role should I choose?

Choose Teach or work with a school, or open Provider setup, if you want to list or claim a ski school or work independently. The provider setup helps you choose School owner or manager or Independent instructor. Choosing a signup option does not itself grant ownership of an existing school.

If you are joining a school's team as an instructor, secretary, or assistant, follow the school's invitation. The school assigns your access. You can use an existing account; you do not need a second learner login.

If the school is already listed, use Claim your school rather than creating a duplicate.

Signing in again

Open Sign in, enter your email and password, and choose Sign in. Sign in with Google is available where offered. Follow any additional security or two-step sign-in checks on the website. If you cannot remember your password, select Forgot password? and follow the password reset guide.

Your learner account

Your learner dashboard brings together lessons, messages, progress, and family tools. Saved holds schools, instructors, resorts, lessons, and saved searches. Use the same verified email as a guest booking so eligible bookings can be linked to your account; contact support if a booking is missing.

After signup, you may see an optional feedback prompt. You can rate how easy and clear signup was, add a suggestion, or select Skip. This does not block your account or next step. Feedback is private to FASS.

FASS does not charge learners a booking or service fee.
