What This Qualification Covers

  • The course develops advanced park teaching, safe progressions, lesson planning and training for multi-week programmes. Published evaluated criteria include urban and kinked rails, teaching switch-ups and 540s, 360s in both directions, switch take-offs and spins with grabs.
  • Those are the stated course and evaluation outcomes, rather than permission to use every feature in every park. Resort operating rules and the instructor's actual training remain relevant.

FASS country rules

These are the active qualification conditions configured on FASS. They do not confirm that a person has met them or has permission to teach. Local professional and immigration requirements still apply.

No active FASS rule is recorded for these qualifications. This does not establish permission to teach or lack of recognition.

Training and Progression

  • The three-day course requires Snow Park Level 1, confident parallel skiing on variable and black terrain, 360s on small-to-medium jumps, and confidence sliding rails and boxes.
  • Snow Park Level 2 is a published entry route to Trainer Development. Becoming a Snow Park Course Conductor requires further progression; the certificate alone does not establish that appointment.
