About Moriyoshi Ski Area (permanently closed)
Moriyoshi Ski Area was an outdoor ski area on the north-western slopes of Mt. Moriyoshi in Kitaakita, Akita Prefecture, Japan. It closed permanently in 2006; its two former lifts and other facilities were removed.
The former terrain extended from approximately 730 m to 1180 m elevation.
