Meet Glenn
Glenn Wellesley is a British ski instructor with over 20 years of experience teaching across the globe, including the USA and New Zealand, now based on the French slopes. He holds a full BASI international licence at ISTD Level 4 with French equivalence.
Glenn brings a unique perspective to ski coaching rooted in biomechanics and sports science — developed after a ski racing injury led him to explore more energy-efficient skiing techniques. Drawing on psychology and performance coaching principles inspired by world-renowned mentors, he helps skiers achieve more with less effort.
His coaching methods, used by elite athletes, are designed to ease you into the right mindset for skiing efficiently and progressing quickly — regardless of your current level.
