Vitosha/Aleko is an outdoor ski area on Vitosha mountain above Sofia, Bulgaria. Its 20 km of pistes range from 1,530 to 2,270 metres and are served by six lifts, including beginner facilities. The slopes offer views over Sofia and terrain for beginner, intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders.
Visitors can reach the mountain by car or bus 66. The Simeonovo gondola is currently out of service, so check the operator’s latest access and lift information before travelling. Sofia Airport (SOF) is the nearest passenger airport.
