About Band of Boarders
Band of Boarders is the La Grave–La Meije freeride ski and snowboard school run by Tina and Francky Moranval, who have worked on the mountain since 1994. It offers tailored high-mountain off-piste days, private and mixed-group guiding, multi-day refuge programmes and international freeride travel. The school tailors outings to each participant's technical level but does not publish a standard ability-level mapping.
