Arapahoe Basin

Colorado's highest resort, Arapahoe Basin, boasts a 13,050ft summit and a ski season often stretching into June or July. You won't find a luxury village or valet services here, just high altitude, abundant powder, and A-Basin's fiercely independent spirit.

For intermediates, the Lenawee and Black Mountain Express chairs offer a variety of groomed terrain. The Montezuma Bowl provides an exciting experience with above-treeline bowl skiing.

Beginner terrain at A-Basin is limited. The Molly Hogan chair serves the easiest slopes, but the resort generally caters more to intermediate and expert skiers.

The East Wall is A-Basin's signature advanced terrain, considered its crown jewel. This hike-to area along the Continental Divide features steep chutes, challenging cornices, and open faces at 13,000ft.
